Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price of the item. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All items for exchange must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@capdantibesafrenchlifestyle with your email and order number. A return authorization and shipping instructions will be sent to you by email within 24 hours.

Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer's expense. Please notify us once the shipment is made, at the address 82 rue de Varenne, 75007 Paris.

"Cap d'Antibes a French Lifestyle" reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay the required import taxes or customs duties, "Cap d'Antibes a French Lifestyle" will seek to recover from the customer all costs or fees incurred by "Cap d'Antibes a French Lifestyle". Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will be issued only after the product has been returned to us.
